We learned of Antoinette by referral to represent us in our first ever home buying experience. As first timers, we had little to no home buying education and were hoping to lean on our agent for support and advice to protect and support us through the home buying process. Now that the deal is done and we are happily living in our home, I can say, unequivocally, we were extremely fortunate to have Antoinette as our buying agent.
First, she was great with us as first time homebuyers. I think the major concern for us was to make a mistake or get suckered into a bad deal or contract. Antoinette spent a great deal of time educating us at each step of the way. She explained critical points of the process, contractual aspects, risk factors, and kept us reassured we were on the right track. The more we worked together with her the more secure and comfortable we felt about home buying. That comfort was important to us and we feel lucky to have someone like Antoinette guide us.

We planned an out of state move to San Diego, finding the right Realtor was essential. Antoinette helped my wife and me with our first “starter home” purchase in July 2013. We had actually started the process of looking for a home much, much earlier, but a series of major life changes turned the home searching process into a series of fits and starts. Because of that, I’m sure we were not easiest clients to deal with. However, Antoinette was very patient with us and very understanding of our needs and limitations throughout the entire process. We we planned an out of state move to San Diego in 2013, finding the right realtor was essential. She was patient, helpful and attentive as she determined our needs and found us a home that we would probably not have found without her. She dealt with inspection and contractors with our best interests at heart as we did so much from the mid-west.
