We were first time home buyers, and we were so grateful for the time Maureen and Antoinette spent listening to our desires and walking us through the process of buying a home. They suggested we get our financing in place so that our bid would move quickly once we were interested in a home. It’s a seller’s market out there and houses are going like Hot Tamales!
I would like to add that we would not have found our home if it wasn’t for Maureen and Antoinette. They recommended a home that checked ALL the boxes on our list. I didn’t see it on Zillow because it was slightly above what we wanted to spend but it was Perfect! As we went to put in our first offer, Maureen and Antoinette kept us up to date with the process in real time. Their suggestions and awesome contractor contacts put together the quotes we needed to negotiate a repair credit, leaving us with the funds needed to work on this already beautiful but older home.
I also should mention how helpful and accommodating they are. We do not live in the area and before we moved in, we wanted to get the plumbing fixed as well as the house tented for termites. They graciously offered to open the home for both contractors so that we didn’t need to drive down.
