First, she was great with us as first time homebuyers. I think the major concern for us was to make a mistake or get suckered into a bad deal or contract. Antoinette spent a great deal of time educating us at each step of the way. She explained critical points of the process, contractual aspects, risk factors, and kept us reassured we were on the right track. The more we worked together with her the more secure and comfortable we felt about home buying. That comfort was important to us and we feel lucky to have someone like Antoinette guide us.
It was an extremely seller friendly market when we were on the home hunt. But she was extremely patient with us and allowed us to find the house to fit our needs. Antoinette let us form opinions about homes we saw and was never pushing or rushing us to move on a house. She was extremely forthcoming about the houses we saw and supported our own opinions and was extremely positive and enthusiastic about our ideas. And when it came time to negotiate her skills and experience were apparent. On each offer, she provided a letter of introduction on that was tailored to the seller to help our chances. And for our sale, she negotiated in our favor a significant sum for the request for repairs credit which helped tremendously.
Its cliché but, I can’t say enough about Antoinette. She was a perfect agent for us and we are so grateful for her guidance, patience, and enthusiasm. We are now happily living in our home. It was a dream for us to have a place to call our own. Antoinette was there for us each step of the way to make it happen.
