I’m the kind of person who asks a lot of questions, but Antoinette and Maureen never hinted that I was the high-maintenance client I know I must surely be. They are extremely knowledgeable about their business and the current market, and they had clear, ready answers to any question I put to them. On the rare occasions that they didn’t immediately know something, they tracked it down and quickly got back to me. Great communication is one of their many attributes. They just always seemed to be available. In fact, although they are very successful and must have more than a few balls in the air at once, both possess this marvelous ability to make you think you are their one and only client. Quite a skill!
The pair were sensitive to my needs and anxieties, and they arranged showings, inspections, and handyman visits in a manner that was the least disruptive to me and my cat. They also devoted many hours to researching and recommending the estate sales firms, consignment dealers, contractors, haulers and cleaning crews needed for a smooth, successful departure from my house of 27 years.
