Maureen and Antoinette are leaders in residential real estate in the San Diego area. Although they sell homes throughout San Diego County, they specialize in the Metro San Diego area representing sellers and buyers with a focus on the clients goals.

Our Team

Maureen Tess-Fieberg joined the real estate profession in 1996, and was impressively named Coldwell Banker’s “Rookie of the Year” in her first year of business. A short two years later in 1998, she and business partner Stephen Clark started Clark Tess Properties, a downtown San Diego boutique Residential Brokerage with two locations. Their knowledge and expertise of the downtown San Diego area was exactly what Coldwell Banker was looking for in 2005 when they acquired Clark Tess Properties. Maureen, now an anchor in the Downtown Coldwell Banker office, continues her passion for helping her clients find their dream residence.

Maureen’s priority has always been to offer her clients the highest level of service, market knowledge and integrity. From first-time home buyers to CEOs to some of the city’s finest builders, her client base is as diverse as the properties she represents. She has extensive experience in the metro San Diego condo, townhouse, single-family home and new construction markets. Her specialties include all areas of downtown San Diego and the surrounding metro communities of Mission Hills, Hillcrest, University Heights, North Park, Normal Heights, South Park and Kensington.

Prior to a career in real estate, Maureen worked in several corporate capacities in health care accounting in Washington, DC. Her unique expertise in accounting has proven very helpful for her career in real estate and advantageous to her clients. Not your average real estate professional. On a personal note, Maureen enjoys her way around a gourmet kitchen, Yoga and family related activities with her husband John Fieberg and eleven year-old daughter Claire.

Antoinette Embry, a native San Diegan, grew up in a family of real estate professionals. Real estate Is literally in her blood! Following in her parent’s footsteps, she began her own career as a REALTOR® in 2001 and was inspirationally named Coldwell Banker‘s ‘Agent of the Year’ in 2002. With the support of a devoted client base and their referrals, she reached the International President’s Circle shortly thereafter and was awarded membership into Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International Diamond Society.

Antoinette’s real estate practice is founded on the core principles of integrity, accountability and unsurpassed personal service. She is committed to an exceptional level of professionalism, high-visibility, results-oriented marketing and first-class attention to her clients and the properties she represents.

After several months of training in 2011, Antoinette earned the coveted “Triple Crown” medal for running 3 local half marathons in one year. At least once a year, she and her husband Aaron follow their passion for travel and experiencing other cultures.
