Once you've found your dream home, you will sign all documents
electronically, from the comfort of
your home.
Escrow is set up to
handle the entire transaction remotely.
You’ll simply wire your earnest money.
4. I N S P E C T I O N
Our inspector will send you a 40+ page inspection
report with detailed photos and descriptions, so
you’ll get to know every inch of the property.
The
inspector can also virtually
walk you through the house and give you a
summary before they send the report.
5. C L O S I N G
All documents will be emailed to you for you to sign
and get notarized and mailed back to the attorney.
